These Legal Notices apply to the oraliis service, accessible only via a website on desktop computers. oraliis is not available as a mobile application.
3. Nature of the Service – AI Avatar
oraliis provides a conversational avatar powered by artificial intelligence.
- The Service is fully automated.
- It is not human.
- It has no consciousness.
- It does not understand clinical situations.
- It does not replace any professional.
Generated responses may contain errors, approximations, or incomplete information.
4. Medical Warning (Enhanced International Clause)
- is not a healthcare provider,
- does not provide diagnoses,
- does not prescribe treatments,
- does not provide medical or psychological advice,
- does not offer therapy.
The Service is intended solely for: listening, well-being, emotional support, and stress management.
In case of a medical or psychiatric emergency, immediately contact your country’s emergency services (112 / 15 / 18 / 999 / 911) or go to the nearest emergency department.
If you have suicidal thoughts or believe you may be a danger to yourself or others, stop using the Service immediately and contact emergency services.
5. Access Conditions
The Service is reserved for adults (18 years or older, or the legal age in your jurisdiction).
The user acknowledges using the Service at their own risk.
6. Subscription & Payment Terms
Recurring payment continues until effective cancellation. The user expressly authorizes DATA CENTER PRO LTD to process recurring charges.
Except where required by law, no refunds are granted for: a started period, failure to cancel, non-use, or dissatisfaction.
7. Cancellation Procedure (Strict & Regulated)
Any cancellation request or complaint must be sent exclusively by email to:

Validity conditions:
- Sent from the account email address
- Subject: “oraliis Cancellation”
- Includes the account email + payment identifier (if available)
Processing time: up to 14 business days.
Notice period: to avoid a new charge, the request must be received at least 14 business days before the renewal date. Any request received later may result in billing for the next cycle.
8. Data Protection – GDPR / International
DATA CENTER PRO LTD applies: EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and international data protection principles.

- Messages sent to the AI
- Technical logs
- Payment data (via secure providers – no card data stored by oraliis)
No medical data: oraliis does not create any medical record.
User rights: access, deletion, rectification, portability, objection.

9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is”.
DATA CENTER PRO LTD is not responsible for:
- decisions made by the user,
- physical or psychological consequences,
- financial losses,

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- No indirect or intangible damages are compensated.
- Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 30 days.

All content, trademarks, logos, texts, designs, AI systems, and technologies belong to DATA CENTER PRO LTD or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
Subject to mandatory local laws: the laws of England and Wales apply, and the competent courts are those of the United Kingdom.
